Molly Anderson is the William R. Kenan Jr. Professor of Food Studies at Middlebury College, where she directs the Academic Program in Food Studies and teaches about food security, food sovereignty and agroecology. She works on projects and organizations to improve the sustainability of food systems at the local, state, national and international levels and is a member of the International Panel of Experts on Sustainable Food Systems IPES-Food. She has been a supporter of Red Tomato from its inception.
